Puffyko - Wheels of time

Concept:
This is so sweet! Her outfit is adorable, I love the socks and the strawberry ~ Even though it looks quite casual it still has a creative twist to it, without looking too odd. Really really nice <3 As I said in my comment, the cogs are wonderful. I like how they are drawn, they look perfect! It really adds another level of interest to the piece, instead of just being an illustration of a standing girl. (But then that would still be fine, because it's an ID!)
Colour:
The shaded areas also look brilliant, the folds in her hoodie all look very crisp yet soft. Even though it is cel-shaded (?) I think perhaps you could do a bit more with the colours; maybe add another layer of shade in the darkest areas just to give it a bit more impact, for example a redder tone on the hoodie or a darker brown/purpleish tone in the skin.
Anatomy:
I think the anatomy looks quite good as a whole, except for her arms- they look a bit off. They're the right length but I think they are perhaps too skinny, and her hands too small. The way the hands are drawn though, is perfect, especially considering hands are really hard to do! ;u;

For what it is, it's adorable. x
